The PHL Duplex Pump is a high-performance, hydraulically actuated diaphragm metering pump. Designed in accordance with API 675 controlled-volume standards, the PHL Duplex configuration delivers higher flow capacity and improved operational reliability by utilizing two pump heads operating in parallel. The PHL Duplex Pump from Milton Roy features a duplex (dual-head) configuration for higher capacity and smoother flow delivery, a hydraulically actuated PTFE diaphragm for leak-free and long service life, and ±1% steady-state accuracy for precise chemical dosing. It offers a wide 10:1 turndown ratio with lockable micrometer stroke adjustment that can be set during operation, ensuring flexible and reliable flow control. Built with a heavy-duty oil-bath lubricated gearbox, diaphragm rupture detection system (DRDS) for enhanced safety, and availability in both metallic (SS 316) and non-metallic (PP) liquid ends.
