DOSASKID™ chemical-dosing system is a pre-engineered system that meets the challenges of water and wastewater treatment applications. With durable features of construction, Milton Roy® sets the industry standard by providing consistent, reliable metering pump accuracy in a quick to ship dosing package.
Standard DOSASKID® systems feature two metering pumps to assure a primary and a backup for each process. Each skid also includes a control panel, variable speed drive, piping, valves, and accessories including a calibration column and pump risers for sodium hypochlorite degassing. Standard DOSASKID® systems can be built using three different sets of Milton Roy® pumps – including the mROY®, MACROY® or PROTEUS™ models – to address a wide range of chemicals and flow volumes.

A pH controller consists of a probe to measure the current pH of the substance, chemicals to correct the pH via an injection pump, and a controller that calculates the required injection rate and activates the injection system.

Pinch valves control the flow of fluids (liquid, gas or power) and provide a leak-proof seal when closed. They are cost-effective, simple to install and require little maintenance.
The valves are made up of a valve body and a cylindrical sleeve reinforced with natural or synthetic rubber. Typically in an open state, the valve is closed by the application of pressure between the valve body and the sleeve. This pressure is created by a fluid, usually compressed air,that crushes the sleeve in a particular direction, completely closing the valve.
